Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries provided by Defined Manufacturing.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be adjusted in case of changes to the design, material selection, or production requirements.

3. Production & Custom Manufacturing

Defined Manufacturing produces parts using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for complaints or rejection.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate files, dimensions, and technical information.

4. Intellectual Property

The customer confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted designs, files, and models.

Defined Manufacturing cannot be held liable for copyright, patent, or intellectual property infringements caused by customer-provided content.

5. Payment

Invoices are payable within the payment term stated on the invoice.

In the event of late payment, Defined Manufacturing reserves the right to suspend ongoing work or future deliveries.

6. Liability

Defined Manufacturing is not liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • consequential damages

  • loss of profit

  • incorrect use of supplied parts

  • damages caused by improper installation or application

Liability is always limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.

7. Cancellation

Since many products are custom-manufactured, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Force Majeure

Defined Manufacturing cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including machine failures, material shortages, transport issues, or technical problems.

9. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
