Delivery Terms

Lead Times

Defined Manufacturing aims to process and ship every order as efficiently as possible. Since many products are custom-made through 3D printing, lead times may vary depending on:

• design complexity

• selected material

• finishing requirements

• order quantity

• current production schedule

Estimated lead times are always communicated in advance. These delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered a guaranteed commitment.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through external transport partners or can be collected by appointment.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Packaging

All parts are carefully packaged. Defined Manufacturing cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transport by third parties.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage or incorrect items must be reported in writing within 48 hours.

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request. Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges are fully the responsibility of the customer.
