Ex Works – Incoterm

Unless agreed otherwise, deliveries are made according to the Incoterm EXW (Ex Works).

This means:

• goods are made available at the Defined Manufacturing location

• the buyer is responsible for transport, insurance, and export formalities

• the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are available for collection

If Defined Manufacturing arranges transport at the customer’s request, this is provided solely as an additional service and remains entirely at the customer’s risk.
